Since launching in 2007 under the Potawatomi Business Development Corporation, we have earned a solid reputation for delivering training solutions, instructional design expertise, and technical services that stand up to the demands of real operational environments.

Although we are an active SBA 8(a) participant through 2028, our success comes from performance, not program status. We have grown steadily by focusing on quality, responsiveness, and long-term relationships. Our team has grown to over one hundred professionals who take pride in their work and know how to adjust quickly as mission priorities shift.
