As an American Indian Tribal-owned SBA 8(a) contractor, we offer federal agencies a streamlined and flexible path to procure qualified services while supporting federal small business and socioeconomic contracting goals. Tribal 8(a) firms may receive sole-source contract awards, including certain awards above the standard 8(a) competitive thresholds, when applicable SBA and federal acquisition requirements are satisfied.

•AIT 8(a)s can receive Direct Awards in excess of the individually-owned 8(a) threshold of $5.5M (13CFR124.506(b))

•AITs can negotiate directly with the Government through Alpha Contracting (13CFR124.503(c)(2))

•DOD Direct Awards to AIT 8(a)s below $100M total contract value do not require a J&A (2020 NDAA 823)

•Generally, AIT 8(a) Direct Awards cannot be protested except for size by interested parties (13CFR124.517(a))

SBA-CERTIFIED HUBZONE

As an SBA-certified HUBZone small business, we provide federal agencies with a flexible way to meet mission requirements while advancing federal small business and HUBZone contracting goals. HUBZone certification provides access to competitive set-aside and qualifying sole-source opportunities, as well as a 10% price evaluation preference in full and open competitions.

Partnering with a HUBZone-certified contractor can help agencies streamline procurement, increase small business participation, and support economic development in historically underutilized communities. The federal government maintains a goal of awarding at least 3% of federal prime contract dollars to HUBZone-certified businesses.

GSA STARS III

The STARS III is a 8(a) small business set-aside Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). It provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from 8(a) industry partners like PT. This next-generation GWAC is built on a framework to buy total IT solutions and will expand capabilities for emerging technologies and OCONUS requirements.

CYBERSECURITY MATURITY MODEL CERTIFICATION - LEVEL 2

Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 demonstrates an organization’s ability to implement robust cybersecurity practices designed to safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Built around the security requirements of NIST SP 800-171, Level 2 emphasizes comprehensive protection, continuous compliance, risk management, and accountability across information systems. Achieving this level reflects a strong commitment to protecting sensitive government information and supporting the cybersecurity needs of the Department of Defense and its mission partners.

SEAPORT NEXT GENERATION (SEAPORT-NXG)

As a SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) contract holder, our company is qualified to compete for professional support services opportunities across the Department of the Navy. This multiple-award IDIQ vehicle provides streamlined access to capabilities supporting NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, NAVSUP, the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the U.S. Marine Corps.
