Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE) Network Enterprise Center (NEC) Automation Management System (AMS) – Ft. Sill, OK
Potawatomi Training provides Help Desk support, systems administration, and network management for the Network Enterprise Center (NEC) Automation Management System (AMS) at Ft. Sill, OK.  Potawatomi Training performs second-tier (TIER II) support of the Ft. Sill IT systems which includes: assisting units and users with the physical and logical installation of Information Systems (IS) for Staff and Classrooms; ensuring all baseline software is installed and properly licensed; applying Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) to peripheral devices to include scanners/printers and ensuring networked share drives copiers/printers, are properly configured; ensuring all IS systems data is captured, stored, and reinstalled on new IS system, and that user email profile is configured and working properly; providing on-site desktop, software, and peripheral support for NIPRNET, SIPRNET and VDI Thin Client customers; diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolution of routine problems with hardware, software and connectivity issues either locally or remotely.

Potawatomi Training personnel are also responsible for Cisco routing/switching and the management and maintenance of Unix/Linus and Microsoft file, print, and web servers. We perform incident management using service desk software, Remedy ITSM, to document, track, and manage NEC service requests until completion. The Contractor personnel shall apply all service standards as defined in current Army C4IM services list, and performance measurements will align with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) standards.

Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE) Electronic Warfare Training and Execution Information Assurance Security Officer – Ft. Sill, OK
Potawatomi Training provides Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO) certified personnel responsible for the Information Assurance (IA) for computer systems and security for all Army Information Systems located in the office and classroom spaces provided for Electronic Warfare functions at Ft. Sill, OK.  Our staff manages the assignment of Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) and Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) passwords, user IDs, and other software security mechanisms required for students attending all EW Courses; develops back-up procedures for recovery from loss or destruction of data and program files or from physical damage to the installation; performs analytical, evaluation, and maintenance duties in support of LAN administration and LAN system components to include servers, desktop/laptop workstation configuration, PC, software, VTC components and peripherals that support the operations of the EW facilities; and perform website maintenance and knowledge management for the EW school website, both SIPR and NIPR versions.  Our personnel are accredited and certified IAW AR 25-2 and NETCOM Information Assurance Security Officer requirements, including CompTIA Security+, Computer Environment (CE) MCITP-Windows 7, and CompTIA A+ certifications.
